A few months ago, I put a call out on social media to everyone (couples, individuals, families), offering an "all-film photo session". A former wedding client, and exceptional artist, Natalie Dark, jumped all over the chance to have herself photographed in her studio/apartment, doing what she does best.
She recently completed a stunning piece based on one of my photographs on her wedding day of her bouquet, created by Buds of Brooklyn. It was so breathtaking seeing it person after following it's progress on her Instagram feed.
I used four different cameras for the session:
- Canon AE-1 with Kodak Tri-X 400 Black & White
- Pentax K1000 with Kodak Portra 400 Color
- Lubitel 166+ with Lomography 120 Film 400 Color
- Canon Sure Shot Owl with Kodak Gold 400 Color
I was so pleased with the results, as was Natalie. Her willingness and excitement over this session made everything that much easier.
